SEVD series high-precision bidirectional DC power supply adopts high-performance DSP control board and full-color touch screen human-computer interface to display the status parameters and faults of system operation in real time. Users can set the required voltage, current and power through the display screen. The system structure is composed of mold boxes to achieve high power density. AC/DC adopts full-control bidirectional PWM rectification and inverter control, and DC/DC adopts step-down circuit. The system operates reliably, with high precision and fast response.
⚫ Using 16-bit AD sampling chip, combined with optimized software sampling algorithm processing, to achieve output voltage accuracy ± (0.1% FS+5dgt), current accuracy ± (0.1% FS+5dgt), to meet the DC source high precision test requirements ;
⚫ The host power supply in the system adopts multi-level conversion, IGBT type circuit mode, and pure digital power supply. The international advanced IGBT control technology adopts PWM synchronous rectification combined with interleaved DC/DC two-stage circuit to realize the bidirectional flow of energy; the total harmonic distortion (THD) is less than or equal to 3%, which is the best in the industry, and can realize high-quality energy feedback to the grid;
⚫ It can feed energy back to the power grid; it has two characteristics of power supply and load at the same time. Besides the performance of high-power DC power supply, it can realize the load function of energy feeding back to the power grid, which has the outstanding advantages of energy saving, consumption reduction and green environmental protection; no need for electric vehicle motor testing. The load consumes energy and can feed the reverse current back to the grid in real time.
⚫ The circuit structure of the product adopts PWM rectification and DC/DC double-stage circuit, which can realize the characteristics of wide output voltage range, high precision and fast dynamic response. Among them, the voltage accuracy is less than or equal to 0.1%
⚫ Adopt PWM rectification + PWM inverter principle, power factor>0.99. THD and injected harmonic current meet the national standard GB/T14549-93.
